Responsibilites:
- Book entries to proper accounts entries (Fixed assets, investment, receivables, general accounting, current accounts, banks, loans, payables, stores, land accounts, collections, and accrual accounts) and any other sector related to business.
- Prepares any needed internal reports.
- Data Verification.
- Preparation of invoices batches ready to be paid.
- Handle Collections for real estate.
- Handle client’s statements.
- Retrieve financial reports if needed.
- Prepare the reimbursement of petty cash fund on a timely basis.
- Endures cut off for proper accounting records maintained at both month ends and year-end.
- Prepare reconciliation’s.
- Carry out analysis of accounts as requested.
- Undertakes other tasks and duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting is required.
- Minimum 0-2 years of Experience.

ثانيا: Client Relations Executive- Cairo – Egypt
Responsibilites:
- Establish a strong relation of trust by professionally answering customer inquiries adhering to the department and ODE policies and procedures.
- Resolve disputes, ensuring that clients concerns are resolved correctly through aligning all concerned real estate departments and the destination’s customer service department.
- Follow up on the collection of the maintenance fees as required for each destination.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for the clients’ database.
- Escalate critical cases of customer grievance.
- liaise and follow up on all legal cases with Legal department.
- Prepare and initiate welcome package to new customers, introducing ODE focal point with the clients.
- Regularly update the clients with the ODE new projects and services.

Responsibilites:
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / annually sales target – upon required product mix.
- Full awareness or product knowledge, details and related SWOT analysis.

رابعا: Sales Operation Executive – Egypt
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for communicating all related data of sales deals to respective internal departments.
- Issuing sales memo to sales team.
- Responsible for updating the ATS.
- Follow up on the completion of the down payment amount with internal departments within the identified grace period.
- Coordinating with sales department to finalize client’s contracts.
- Coordinating with legal department all related contracts details.
- Coordinating with Clients Relations Management department if required for any additional data needs to be considered in the contracts
- Handle administrative and follow-ups tasks internally to finalize contract cycle till final contract delivery.

Responsibilites:
- Responsible for the implementation of the different activities to promote the real estate projects to target market.
- Initiate and pursue different marketing opportunities and study their applicability.
- Prepare proposals for different activities highlighting benefits and costs incurred.
- Ensure the real estate sector goals are achieved according to the agreed upon budget.
- Creating ideas for real estate brochures.
- Overlooking social media (real estate) campaigns.

سادسا: Cashier - Egypt
Responsibilites:
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
- Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
